Steel wheels.
Pull-up handbrake.
Guide gearbox.
As simple as a margherita pizza.
Ford sells SEVEN types of Ranger, from this primary XL at £31okay, all the best way as much as the £60okay Baja Rally-ready Raptor.
Pay more, get more toppings.
The £47k Platinum V6, for instance, has quilted leather seats with buttons to warm and soothe your back. Picket sprint. B&O sound system.
