NRL fans have hit out at the production of the Dally M awards evening on social media claiming it was 'disjointed' and 'gets worse every year'. Jahrome Hughes was left 'speechless' after he pipped Roosters star James Tedesco by the barest of margins to the NRL's best and fairest medal for the 2024 season. Meanwhile, Olivia Kernick was crowned the NRLW Dally M winner, beating Abbi Church and Simaima Taufa to the award following a standout season with the Roosters.
